Te Araroa Trail Tour

Pacific Coast Kayaks offers hikers a scenic and enjoyable paddle from Ngunguru to either Pataua or Taiharuru; this journey helps avoid a long road walk.

This trip is weather dependant and is usually guided. Our drivers will carry your gear to either Pataua or Taiharuru where you can resume your journey.

Double sea kayaks are usually used, solo paddlers can be doubled up with the guide for safety.

Cost of this trip depends on group size. While there is no minimum number, groups of two or more are less expensive.
